With the Plug Screwing machine you can screw the plugs into the battery covers. The machine can process both the automotive and the truck batteries.
The batteries individually arrive through the conveyor of the screwing. A light barrier with manual activation stops them in the proper position.
A balancer equipped with a Screwing module lowers onto the battery. It screws the single plug with an electronic screwdriver or with a pneumatic screwdriver.
By adding a second screwdriver and balancer to the Plug screwing machine, the unit can be operated with two operators at the same time.
