The High Rate Discharge test machine is in the finishing line machines’ range. It performs electric tests that are essential to understand the performance of the battery in process.
The battery arrives to the machine through the conveyor and stops in the test place.
The high current discharge testing station has a stroke that loweres over the battery and connect on the terminals. The stroke has two control units, one for the positive terminal and one for the negative one.
Then the High Rate Discharge executes the tests, that consist of a dedicated equipment performs the test.
This allows to check the batteries and once approved they can go to the next station.
