The High Voltage Test machines verifies the leakage of batteries with high voltage check.
The battery arrives to the machine through the conveyor and stops in the test place.
The electrical test device executes the controls and check the battery. So, the positive electrode of the testing unit connects to one of the terminals of the battery. Then, the negative one goes round the sealing line of the battery cover to the battery box and on the bottom of the battery box. Finally, the test device uses high voltage to perform the analysis.
If happen an electric potential between the electrodes, it indicates a a battery leakage. The leakage point can be shown.
