Not just automotive: industrial batteries.
We are mainly known in the field of lead acid batteries, but few know that we are aces in industrial battery machinery as well.
For the past several years we have been expanding our knowledge acquired, tested and consolidated over time in the automotive sector to different sectors. This has made us develop specific technologies for industrial batteries, storage batteries and traction batteries:
– Acid filling:
The station for acid filling of industrial batteries supplies acid to the elements using a pneumatically operated pistol. The pistol has a pushbutton to deliver acid and a suction system to aspire back into the station of the excess acid. Therefore this allows the levelling of the acid in the battery.

– Formation:
The level of automation is essential for mass production. Our fully automatic formation plants is flexible, modular and energy saving.. designed to work 24/7, managed by SCADA supervision.

– Palletizing system:
Palletizers are used to have finished and semi-finished products well-ordered in the warehouse, to not occupy a lot of space and/or to be moved easily to the next production step. This last example is the case of industrial accumulators; in the picture above is represented a palletizer for industrial elements, to group them into pallets and move them more easily from the assembly to the formation.
